Deer Haven Cabin
Tucked where light spills through ancient branches, Deer Haven is a resting place for those walking the path of gentle power and quiet knowing. This sunlit cabin is shared—a sanctuary for soul-seekers open to proximity, conversation, and synchronicity. With two queen beds, one single, a writing desk for channeling insights, and a forest-facing deck to greet the day, this space is made for both connection and inward retreat.

Fox Den Cabin
Fox Den is the keeper of thresholds, the closest cabin to the main path, the restrooms, and the parking area. Grounded and the most accessible, this den is ideal for those who need ease of movement, proximity, or simply crave the feeling of being near the hearth of it all. Inside, you’ll find two queen beds and one single bed in a shared sanctuary of warmth and welcome. This is a space for gentle arrivals, deep sleep, and whispered stories beneath the trees.

Raven Roost Cabin
Raven Roost is perched at the edge of insight, nestled in garden greenery and closest to the main lodge. This shared space is for dreamers, vision-keepers, and late-night philosophers who draw power from proximity and communal rhythm. With two queen beds and two single beds, this is one of our largest shared dwellings. Spacious yet still intimate, it offers a balance of privacy and togetherness, with windows that open to green, breathing space.

Symposium is a co-ed retreat; if you have preferences around who you share space with, be sure to include those in your application or checkout form. All guests will be placed in rooms that honor their comfort, privacy, and energetic alignment as best we can.
Honey Hive Cabin
Welcome to the Honeyhive, a sweet and sacred corner of the Symposium grounds. These two intimate rooms, Queen’s Comb and Nectar Nook, are tucked within the larger Hive Cabin where the Symposium team rests and dreams beside you. These rooms are for those who want the quiet hum of closeness to the heart of the retreat. Both rooms are simple, warm, and private. You’ll find a personal desk for reflection, soft morning light, and easy access to the garden paths and central toilet beneath the water tower. The Queen’s Comb may also be reserved by two companions who wish to share the journey together. Note: The Queen’s Comb room can be booked for one guest or for two companion guests, not multiple individual guests. The Nectar Nook room can be booked for one guest, not multiple individual guests.

The Waterhouse
Perched at the heart of the land, The Waterhouse is a second-story sanctuary for the guest seeking sacred solitude, panoramic perspective, and a touch of sovereignty. Nestled above the central grounds with windows that overlook the gardens, this cabin offers quiet elevation both literally and energetically. Inside, you’ll find a cozy queen bed, personal work desk, a radiant heating unit, and warm natural light. While the private toilet and sink are tucked just beneath the stairs and shared with guests, this cabin itself remains entirely yours, a still point above the hum of the experience. The Watertower can be reserved for two guests; an ideal for close friends or partners ready to cross this threshold together. Note: The Watertower is a single book for either one guest or two companion guests, not multiple indiviual guests.

Yes. You’ll have the option to pay in full or choose a three-month, interest-free payment plan. Both options are clearly listed on each checkout page, and all payments will be made electronically.
If you select the payment plan, you’ll pay your first installment at checkout. After that, you’ll receive email reminders with secure links to complete the remaining payments over the next two months. Please note: all payments must be completed in full—even if your payment window overlaps with or extends beyond the retreat itself. Completion of the full payment is required regardless of event timing.

Yes—if you’ve been given a discount code, make sure to apply it in the correct checkout form before completing your purchase. Codes cannot be retroactively applied.

Your investment covers everything: five nights of lodging, nourishing meals and herbal offerings, round-trip group shuttle transport, all immersive workshops, storytelling, and ceremonies, a curated welcome gift, and full guest support. There are no hidden fees or additional taxes.

Each guest selects their bed type (single or queen) during registration. You’ll browse the Room Selection page, explore each description, and click “Claim This Bed” to reserve your spot. Once a bed is claimed, it’s no longer available—everything is offered on a first-come, first-chosen basis. Final room assignments will be made by our team based on preferences, availability, and group composition. If any changes are necessary, we’ll reach out to you directly. You’ll have a chance to share any roommate or cabin requests during checkout—just look for the “Cabin Preference” box.

Yes. Select queen beds may be reserved for two guests traveling together. An additional $500 will be added to the total cost for shared bookings. If a bed is eligible for companion travelers, you’ll see that option available at checkout. One guest will complete the registration and payment, and should include the name of their companion on the checkout form. How you split the cost between yourselves is up to you.

Accommodations are rustic, simple, and intentional. Each room includes space for your personal belongings, with a clothing rack and drawers available if needed. This is a forest-based, camp-style retreat designed to support presence and comfort—not performance. We recommend bringing clothing that is easy, layered, and suited to Northern California weather in the 50–70°F range. Please bring one pair of outdoor shoes and one for indoor use. We kindly encourage you not to overpack—what you need is yourself, not your costume. Bed sharing may be an option for guests who are open and note this in their application and/or checkout status. All bed shares will be safelt reviewed nd consented upon.

Once you register, you’ll receive a full onboarding email with packing suggestions, travel information, and supportive preparation guidance. A clear checklist will be included to help you arrive well. We do our best to support common dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy awareness. The meal plan for this event is vegetarian. You’ll be invited to submit your preferences after registration. We kindly ask that no guests keep food in their cabins—out of respect for others’ allergies, sensitivities, and the wildlife that shares this land.

Fox Den is our most accessible cabin, located near the parking area and main restrooms. While some terrain is natural and uneven, we will do our best to support you. Please note any accessibility needs on your application form and we’ll be in touch to ensure your experience is safe and supported.

Because of the limited capacity and intimate nature of Symposium, all registrations are non-refundable. In the case of a true emergency, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
